Below are descriptions of project assignments that
represent the capabilities of LifeRing
Consulting.
v For a leading vendor of real estate assessing
software, led project to develop a parcel management system for a new
client, while converting client to company’s flagship assessing product.
Managed client relationship, development team, conversion and
implementation. Personally wrote specification documents and performed
QA. Project was implemented on schedule, producing a highly satisfied new
customer.
v A software vendor struggled to
complete their first SAS 70 audit review. LifeRing took full project
responsibility, developing and managing a plan to lead internal and
auditor resources through the definition of control objectives, audit
performance and preparation of management responses. LifeRing
authored or edited all project deliverables, and assisted and advised
internal staff on control definitions and issue resolutions.
v A services vendor took on a new
client facing a greatly collapsed period ending in an unmovable “go-live”
date. LifeRing
took full project responsibility, developing and managing an
implementation plan to lead internal and client resources through the preparation
and testing of
interfaces from the client systems. LifeRing
identified and specified solutions for testing variances. Client went
successfully live on time.
